It’s been a busy few weeks here! I’ve been baking cookies for Father’s Day, cupcakes for a charity lunch event, a birthday cake for a lovely friend, more cupcakes and biscuits for an afternoon tea, experimenting with gluten free recipes, and I’ve had two real orders! Plus, obviously, just baking for fun and *ahem* research! It’s been so much fun.
I’ve been buying cookie bags and cake boxes and I got some cute “I heart cake” stickers made up with my website address.
Feedback so far has been phenomenal! I can’t believe how nice and how supportive everyone has been. Thank you all so much, you are wonderful!

Now, I need to get my flapjacks out of the oven!
